DTCP has reduced EDC in Gurgaon . Some builders have passed benefits to flat owners but some not . What are the options available to flat owners in case builder not ready to follow Govt notification for reduction in EDC .

In case the builder is not passing the benifits to some of the Flat owners then you have the option for filling Suit for Permanent And Mandatory Injunction against the Builder and further you can ask for recovery of benifits.
