Accused of taking signature on property papers by undue influence

Sir My wife has purchased a property for 50 lakh on the mutual understanding with her aunty and their children's, she has transferred 27 lakhs through bank, now when we ask for the registration one of their son has send the legal notice stating that my mother is illiterate you and ur husband has taken the signature from my mother, cancel the agreement. Now I need to reply the legal notice and take the property or take the money with interest. Kindly note that money has been transferred to joint account of seller and son.

Hi, You have the agreement that they agree to sell the property to you and you have proof that you transferred money to one the son's account. You can approach a lawyer along with agreement and reply to the legal notice and demand them to register the property on your name.
** Did you check whether the money you transferred is given to property owner?, Is the agreement contains any word about bank money transfer? .

as you stated above it is clear that and the transaction is well aware to the children of seller and also you have transferred money to seller and her son also, it is clearly established transaction between your wife and seller well aware to children of seller as such you can file a case for specific relief and alternatively your money with reasonable interest.
