Accessing new road for second adjacent plot owner gave permission

Sir, i have two adjacent plots. I have house on one plot and other is just vacant.the house built on one plot has a road and the other plot has road from two sides-the first and the other road from next lane and the road from next lane is wide enough than the earlier one and most importantly the second road is straight and is just in front of the vacant plot. So i wanted access from the new road. For that i took permission from the property owner who sold plots in the next lane .she gave us the permission on a stamp paper with necassary legal formalities.neighbours in the next lane are opposing. What to do?
