About the illigel parking in my area,

Sir,
my area is occupied by parking of two wheeler and four wheeler due to SBI bank, Pay unit office and agriculture office. All these offices situated in private buildings on hired basis. Out of 30 feet road ,only 10 or 5 feet is available to use. i time to time complain owner of buildings to make some arrangement for parking purpose. it seems use less because they are constantly ignoring my complain. what can i do to resolve this situation?
You shall take a photo video of the illegal parking slot and raise a complaint in RTO and make cc to superirors and police station and also send a legal notice to the concerned peers.
Private building means there may be society you need to inform the society as well
