About ownership of property which is not legally named on us

We take care of the land almost last 30 years but the problem is , that land is not owned by us so the head of village is not convenient with it so what should we do?
File a civil suit for declaration of property ownership in your favour and provide cogent, convincing and conclusive evidences as to possession of the property for 30 years. If the judge is convinced, you'll get a decree in your favour and you can get the relief of appropriate mutations in revenue records. So hire a good lawyer. That's what your should do.
