About Mhada flat illegal sale made by agent and society to ot person

Hi sir/mam
I am owner of Mhada flat received in Jan 2018. But some agent and Mhada society person took my sign on notary to sell the flat to other person. Now one person claims right of ownership and staying in that home. All the original flat documents are with society and byer of flat.
Now how to get flat return from those person who done froud with me.
no property can be sold by way of notary.
you need to pay the necessary stamp duty with the sub registrar's office and only then the title of the property has a perfect title.
you can file a suit for title on that property claiming it to be the illegal act of the person who took your signatures.
