About DC land or panchami land

I have DC land since 1990 which I brought from non - scheduled castes as 3 Rd owner .lands previous owner brought it from schedule caste owner and sold it's to me .I have patta in my name and paying tax for 30 years .ow is it possible to take over my land by government in near future?

List of documents required for DC conversion for Tenanted land are as follows:
3 copies of R.T.C.
3 copies of the sketch of your land.
Certified copy of Land Tribunal Order.
Certified copy of Form 10 that states your occupancy rights.
Zonal certificate from Urban Development Authority/Town Planning.
