A person living in my property illegally and not ready to leave

Dear sir, someone trying to grab my property because I live other state for job purpose a long time after retirement when I am going to my home our our property were used someone when I am calling those person to leave my property He has not to leave my property then I am giving a application to SDM. He was marked this application to patwari. Patwari meet both parties in his office but no conclusions were find out. He has not to leave my property. What I am doing?
Under the present situation, you will have to file a civil suit for eviction. The Civil Judge will grant an order of stay in your favour which will protect your rights from being alienated and there after you will have to contest the case for eviction.
