A Couple Forcefully captured My Vacant Plot.

I have a plot with 1 room and He made the aadhar card on my vacant plot address.ow he wants to 10L rupees for releasing this property. We have all documents related to same property like GPA and RWA membership slip with plot addresses. Couple are using the electricity illegally and we submitted the written application to LG house, CP,sub registrar but their no action taken by police. He use his wife for threatened us for allegations of rape and molesting. Please pay your attention as soon as possible.
