A construction company has given legal notice by false accusation which are not true under section 316 ,318
If a construction company has issued a legal notice against you under Sections 316 and 318 of the BNS, which relate to criminal breach of trust and cheating, but the accusations are false and baseless, then you have the full right to legally defend yourself.
