IF AN AGREEMENT WAS MADE ON STAMPED LEGAL PAPER 25 YEARS AGO BETWEEN LAND OWNER AND DEVELOPER THAT 50% ROOF RIGHTS WOULD BELONG TO LAND OWNER AND
REST 50% TO DEVELOPER.THE DEVELOPER SOLD HIS SHARE IMMEDIATELY.I HOLD A FLAT
IN THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTED TO DATE BUT WANT SELL MY FLAT AND MY 50% ROOF RIGHTS NOW(YEAR 2025).DO I HAVE ANY PROBLEM SELLING MY FLAT ALONG WITH MY 50% ROOF RIGHTS ?
