My family and I are staying in a village under the tehsil Lalganj, Uttar Pradesh. Recently, I got to know that our land comes under (Navin Parti Jamin) in the khatauni, and my three generations have been staying on the same land.
How could I proceed for ownership and transfer of the name under my name?
Please guide me.
