I am a coowner of a flat with my sister in Varanasi UP
We are Hindus & She wants to relinquish her rights in my favour without any financial consideration
Will this attarct stamo duty in UP ?
there is a scheme to save Stamp duty for transferring property in blood relation in U.P. for this there is also a Allahabad high court judgment that if any one transfer his share to his blood relation there is not require Stamp duty you will have to prepare a deed for transferring the flat in guidelines of Allahabad high court judgment because if deed will not fulfill the criteria then you have to pay huge penalty.
