In legal terms, "uncontested" signifies that a matter is not disputed or challenged by the opposing party. It means one side's claims or arguments are accepted without opposition, leading to a resolution without a trial or formal legal battle.

It means that case is closed and the case has been not opposed by the opposite side or your side there has been a compromise between opposite party without any further court proceedings. Transfer certificate usually means transfer of case which only a higher court like high court can grant.
