Fear of Hit and Run case being filed

20-Mar-2025 (In Motor Accident Law)

I have touched pedestrian with my car in a heavily croweded traffic junction. He fell down and his friend helped in him up. I dont think he is injured, he might be i do not know. i left the place as i wanted avoid bein hit by the angry crowd even though nothing happned to the person. The event happned on 16/03/2025. Now i am worried they might file a hit and run case on me. Help me here how i can defend myself in court what is the best course of action. if hit and run case in filed on me.
