First I need your Registration Certificate(RC) . Then I have to verify it for any pending challan. As ,you have mentioned that you already paid the challan so i need to see the receipt of the same. There are chances that receipt needs to be submitted in traffic tower.

If you have paid the traffic challan online or through the virtual court, there is no need to worry. Generally, it takes around three to five working days for the challan status to be updated and marked as disposed in the system. This delay is normal and happens because the payment has to be verified and updated in the official records. During this period, the challan may still appear as pending, but it will automatically change to disposed once the process is complete. In case you have paid the challan directly in court, a slightly different procedure is followed. After making the payment, you should visit the concerned traffic office with the court receipt as proof of payment. The traffic department will then verify the receipt and manually update the challan status in their system. Once this is done, the challan will reflect as disposed online. It is advisable to keep a copy of the payment receipt safely until the status is updated. If the challan does not show as disposed even after a reasonable time, you can contact the traffic office or the helpdesk with your receipt details. In most cases, however, the update happens smoothly and without any issue, so there is no cause for concern.
