Car Accident no one got hurt is my car compoundable

Dear Sir, I have met with an car accident in JISS chouraha in Sector-62, Noida. I was driving my car while another car was coming from perpendicular direction, he rammed his car front in my car's side. Unluckily the police chowki is already there in JISS chouraha. Police came inspected / talked with both of us. No one was hurt. They filed a FIR with police station against me, They filed a FIR with police station against me. Currently Police has taken my car for inspection,want to know which IPC sections is applicable (please keep in mind no one was hurt) ,is my car compoundable?
Your car can be compounded by the Police Officer because as per section 136 of Motor Vehicles Act, When any accident occurs in which a motor vehicle is involved, any person authorized in this behalf by the State Government may, on production if so required of his authority, inspect the vehicle and for that purpose may enter at any reasonable time any premises where the vehicle may be, and may remove the vehicle for examination:
Provided that the place to which the vehicle is so removed shall be intimated to the owner of the vehicle and the vehicle shall be returned after completion of the formalities to the owner, driver or person-in-charge of the vehicle within 24 hours.
