My question is my 3 friend and me were going in car we meet with an accident it's was my friends car who was driving we meet with an accident n one person who was standing on road died is main console is are the people sitting in the car are liable or only the driver
In case of an accident the negligent driver is at fault. In case where the driver is driving the car, the driver is liable with the owner of the car. In your case where your friend was driving the car and he is the owner of the car as well, he will only be held responsible for the accident and not the co-passengers.
