Advice when RC of Vehicle is held by Court even after settlement.

Hi In 2011 i met a road accident. On my behalf the state filed a case against the other party involved. Both our rc's were held by police to file in court. My statement in the case was recorded in 2015.By what time i will get my rc back. I want to sell my bike.

You can file an application in the court where your matter is pending asking the court to release your Registration Certificate. the court if feels that the Registered Certificate can be returned and is not required for further purpose than you will get it back.
