Accidental case under IPC 304a 337 and 279

I m facing trial under IPC section 304a. I have cleared my State public commission exam, is it going to reject my selection? pls, provide all the relevant information that how can I get into services?
you are being prosecuted for the said offense. the trial has not concluded yet, if you would be convicted then they can reject you selection and in case you are acquitted your appointment cannot be terminated or suspended. you should appoint an experience lawyer to handle your case
