Accident by a scooty by someone else who didn't had a driving license

Somebody took my bike and hit a child who got injured,the driver didn't had a license also which I was not aware off , even that bike was not registered in my name but the actual owner is dead and the bike didn't had any insurance. The child parents are asking for 2 lacs as compensation as they have incurred Rs 60 000 as medical expenses. They are threatening to gile a FIR if we don't pay them what should I do.
Report the Incident: File an FIR with local authorities, explaining that the vehicle was driven by an unknown person or someone without your consent
Notify the RTO: Visit your local Regional Transport Office (RTO) or check Parivahan Sewa to officially notify authorities about the deceased owner and the accident. The legal heirs of the deceased owner must legally transfer ownership using Form 31 and the death certificate.
