Ladies tailor have build a platfoam n occupiled building entrance staircase he is operating which out permission and no approval from any legal department kindly guide us what to do we have complain to dmc bmc police station to landlord n area cooperator MLA but still no solution. What shall we do?
This is my response to you:
1. File a complain to the BMC and police;
2. If he is still not moving then file a writ petition in the high court;
3. Under pressure the bmc and the police will evict him;
4. Therefore approach the court as method of last resort.
