What can i do if landlord ask me to vaacant the place

Hello sir. I am tenant in shop from last 20yrs the landlord of the shop died 5yrs ago he does not have any son so the property goes to his daughter. I have pagri agrement with late landlord in written 20yrs ago and i do also collect the recipet of the rent every month from her daughter. What are my rights and what can i do if she ask me to vaccant the shop. Its my main source of income. Please help me i am sikh by religion and landlord is muslim.
You can file a case claiming your adverse possession on the said pagdi property. Also, it is not guaranteed that you will get the property , however, you can still file the same and you may get the property. As 12 years have passed since you had the possession of the said property.
