What a landlord should do if tenant not living there for a while
24-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Want to know tenant and landlord issues about rent... wat a landlord do if tenant was not living there for a while
living of tenant there or not doest not effect the tenancy but the posession must be retained , however if there is any rent dispute the tenant must keep sending agreed rent via money order or deposite it to the rent controller as non payment of the rent is key factor consider for the eviction .
Sir you have very good case to evict the said tenant under the provisions of rent control act. The possession of the said tenanted premises definitely given to you by the order of the Court. You should go to Court for eviction of said tenan without any delay.
