Want to vacate premises after 11 months

Sir my house GF has given on Rent for 11 months. This agreement will expire on 10th March,2025. I want vacate now for my family purchase as my son's divorce case is pending in court and after divorce which will take some time and his marriage is to be held again after divorce..or what type of reason to be given or any other reason.Kindly convey advice what procedure is to be adopted for vacation of premises on due date.
you can send a notice statijg therein that the agreement is till so and so date and thereafter you do not wish to extend the agreement therefore the tenant may kindly vacate the premises till the due date failing which you will be forced to take appropriate legal steps and he will have to incur civil and criminal liability.
