We've rented out half of the protion of our house to BSNL in year 1992, for 5 years and after that we've renewed agreement for another 3 years that end in year 2000. BSNL has not vacated my house since then, we've moved to court high court, below is the latest judgement of court, please suggest correct steps Heard on application dated 28.9.2016 filed under Order 41, Rule 19 C.P.C. Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that the review petition was dismissed in default, behind the back of the applicant and as such he has moved this application under Order 41, Rule 19 C.P.C.
