Tenant not vacating the house how to get him to evacuate

I gave a home for rent with 11 months agreement. has the agreement has been over tenant denied to vacate as she demanding 5 lakh as per the agreement she had give 1 lakh as deposited amount so we gave this case to a advocate to handle as this been more than 7 moths we dint get any proper intimation from advocate regarding this case and this been more than year even rent has not been paid , so just want to know how long it takes to get a order copy from court to vacate the house .
If there is a breach of condition by the tenent, then issue legal notice to vacate the house within specified days, if he failed to respond your notice then file a suit for eviction.
Notice is must. Failure to pay the rent by the tenent amounts to defaulter. You have got good ground to evict the tenent legally.
