Tenant is not vacating the House living from last 15 years what to do?

Have purchase the House in August 2016, already tenant is living from last 15 years, Before purchasing have asked the Tenant and put in Newspaper that anybody has problem please come to us within 15 days, but now tenant is not giving the rent and not vacating the house?So, what I will do??If through court how much time require? I had complaint to SDM, SP Police?But no action
If there is a breach of condition by the tenent, then issue legal notice to vacate the house within specified days, if he failed to respond your notice then file a suit for eviction.
Notice is must. Failure to pay the rent by the tenent amounts to defaulter. You have got good ground to evict the tenent legally.
