Tenant is not emptying my property

I own a commercial property and the tenant there is not ready to move from that property

you need to file a civil suit against the tenant specifying your ground why you need to get the property vacated. you can take ground such as Bonafide requirement for your own use, tenants failure to pay timely rent

If the tenant is not a evicting the property then first of all you should send legal notice regarding evicting the property. If he still does not evict then you should file a civil suit for eviction against the tenant and if he has not paid the rent earlier and during the pendency of trial then you can get his defence struck off which further makes your case winnable.
