Tenant created fake rent agreement which is fraudulently notarised

12-Jan-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Hi Team, I have a property in chawl which i have given sub rented to a Tenant Mr Ram Singh. over the end of agreement when i told him to vacate the property he refused .. We took a degree over him in court saying area of shop is 220 sq feet in which he cooperated. Post 6 months when we went ahead and filled a suit for execution of degree he created stated in court that the property has 3 owners me & my two cousin brothers . the tenant has made fake rent agreeement back dated & notariezed the same.. I am sure the rent agreement he has created through notarised is fake how can i prove this in court . I want to file a different suit on the tenant for fraud and 420 but how to i authenticate the rent agreement he has created.

Notarised agreements are of no significant in any court of law as the necessary stamp duty registration charges have not been paid by the incoming tenant so to prove that a notarised agreement is invalid will not be an issue in any court
