Tanent not moving out of my house

My father had rented my house to a person 7 years ago. I am working in abroad. Last year Jan 20, I had asked him to vacate my house. A) He requested for one more year stating that his son education. A legal rental agreement with a local notary public was made. As per the agreement he is supposed to vacate by 30th April 21.B) 15 April 21 my father had reminded him to vacate. He requested 2 months extension till 30 June due to Ramzan. After that my father become very sick and in the first week of May he passed away. C) 19June 21 I had sent a WhatsApp msg asking him to vacate. He requested one more month till 30 July21 stating Corona pandemic. D) 20 July 21 Again I had sent WhatSapp msg to vacate. He requested one more month till 30 August due to death in that house. E) After that I had sent 2 WhatsApp msg he had not replied. F) Even my local cousin contacted him but of no use. I will be going to my native next month. Please suggest me all the options left for me to get my house vacated.

Hi first of all when you visit India go and meet the tenant and first evaluate the situation. Then if you believe he is making one or other excuses not to vacate then do not wait to initiate legal action against him. Pls communicate to understand the legal prepositions
