Is Kul Kayda has been abolished ? If so what is reference date & notification number.?
This is my response to you:
1. It was converted into the main concept of tillers day;
2. Whoever was present on the land, at the time of the government notification of 1st april, 1957 shall become the owner;
3. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
