School in residential Area causing problem.

Hi, Next to my home there is a school situated in an area of 60*40 feet land. They have classes from LKG up untill 10th standard. Its a proper residential area surrounded by houses. However, because of this school there is lot's of noise problem. what is the best that can be done. Can i file a complaint against the school. Please advice.

yes offcourse you may take legal action against them which is residential area. for the said purpose kindly address me your location. on other hand you may complaint against such Nuisance due to which it is very difficult and creating noise pollution. you can also file a RTI against them with the concerned affiliate board asking for permission and other sanctions

As per the Zonal Master Plan schools are allowed in residential areas only in a few mix-use sectors. Since you have not mentioned the exact address, it is difficult to advise correctly. Please intimate your address in order to enable us to say whether a police complaint can be filed or not as envisaged by you.
