Sir I'm from general category and 19 years ago my father has purchased 3 beega land from an sc family .. Know my father is no more and the man from whom the land has been purchased has died ... After 18 year his son has filed a case of restoration in chakbandi vibhag and stated that they are sc category and we had purchased that land from his father by froud . That time the land comes in chakbandi and the chakbandi CO transferred that land from their fathers name to my mothers name by daaswana kabja ... At this time we have khatoni , khasra and order of chakbandi .. Also now the land comes under kashipur tehsil and in the name of my mother ...
