What to do if new building owner is not taking rent since 5 years ?
Hi
You can send the rent by money order through registered post to landlord or you can file an application in small cause court n deposit
Or you can directly transfer to landlords authorised bank account

Dear Querist,
If the Landlord is not taking rent it is incumbent by you to send the rent with a covering letter or any other source to send the rent of the premises failing which if an eviction suit is filed against you for arrears of rent, you will always have an upper hand.
