Bougjt 40 acres of Agriculture land at zTaloja. Panvel, Raigad Maharashtra. Lost 20 acres in legal cases. Ultimately in year 2000 registered as TREE PLANTATION Soc. Now after 40 years M.C. wants to sell balance 30 acres and disolve the soc, which I am opposing. I dont want to sell my plot which was alloted & share cert. Given to me in 2001. M.C. has AGM on 28th at Vashi. Where they want members to sign Affidavit for sale of entire 30 acres. How to stop soc from selling my plot of 5 Guntas.
