Hello sir, this is karan kumavat actually the matter is ek building hai jo redevelopment mai gyi hai and usmai ek member hai jisko aapni shop sale karni hai and humko vo leni hai but the problem is that ki jo builder hai vo phele uss member ke naam pe resigter karega and then vo member humare pe
Builder will register two documents first development agreement and PAA agreement. Aap agar kahreedna chahte ho to aap builder ,society aur owner inke sath triparty agreement banake apke clause add karke MOU banake aap proceed kar sakte ho.
