Property Dispute from land lords

Hi, we have owned a property in Hesargatta Bangalore, landlords grandchildren have come for settlement with huge amount on us, or else they will encroach our property, please help us on this issue.
As per your query above, first thing you have to submit all the relevant documents for legal verification so that i can get to know what rights they get through ? If you would have already got the legal verification of the property in a proper way then there wouldn't have been any problem. If the land belonging to SC & ST it will be allotted back to the legal heirs of the landlord else if any other caste or religion then in few cases the legal heirs will also have the equal rights in the property, first thing get the documents will check with the flow of title and then we will have to send a legal notice to the grandchildren and after that we can file a civil dispute for obtaining temporary injunction order so that no body shall trespass the schedule property
