Owner not giving back lease amount

my owner has taken 10 lakhs as lease amount we informed him 3 months ago that we r leaving but he isnt giving us the amount back
Dear sir,
What amount are you talking here is it the security amount? If he is not paying back the amount then you may send him a legal notice to start with for asking your money back. If he still does not pay back the money you may file a case for recovery of money against him
