Old houses on my land wanted to Vacant

In my fathers time some relatives build a house on our land. Now those houses are old and they shifted to their new homes. They dont vacant the land. They are trying to become the landlord. What should I do to remove them from my land.

You can file for an eviction suit if you have proper papers of the land which proves that you are still the land owner, apart from that you can also approach in a criminal way wherein file a complaint in the police station which will also be helpful
