notice from society for not conducting guest house service

i am in the business of service apartments and i have taken apartment on rent for the same , i have a registered agreement with owner mentioning that it will be used as service apartment, now the society has issued notice to owners that airbnb and service apartments are not allowed, i do not have noc from police, what legal remedy do i have
Noc from the police is only to ensure the safety and a right person is taken on rent.
The issue here is the society has sent your owner appropriate notice because as per their society bye laws commercial purpose is not allowed in the society premises.
You can ask your owner to refund the pending amount,and also you can claim compensation with owner for your losses.
As it was his duty to seek NOC from the society.
