No rent agreement with tenant can we tell them to vacate

Gujarati Senior citizen having room at vapi of 550 sq.ft with relevant property paper. Muslim lady staying last 15years not ready to vacate. she is staying on mutual understanding. no rent is taken and no leave license paper is done. can we vacate without legal procedure.
You can send them a Legal Notice for Eviction of the first floor for any bonafide reason. In case they still do not leave the premises you can file a Police Complaint for Illegal Possession of the Property. You can even file a suit for eviction of the tenant if the tenant fails to reply back to the notice or is not leaving the possession of the said property.
