New owner asking to exit the building but we want extension what to do

06-Feb-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
It is a G+1 and I Started Rent Even The 1st floor by 2013. Then in 2014 we made a lease agreement in 2014, then again extended it in 2015. And suddenly the landlord sells the house, the landlord said that he is about to sell the house but we asked for landlord to let us meet the landlord. He never let us meet with the new landlord. He said he sold it in fall 2016. The house i live in, consist of both resedential and office work. It is owned by my mother we need lot of time to first find the property then shift it to it. As it will require lot of time to settle our business. The new landlord asked us to clear the 1st floor, because he is building the 2nd floor. So we cleared it and he said that he will be drawing stairs from other way so we wont be disturb. So we thought that new landlord will give us the ground floor by rent. As we asked the old landlord that we need the G portion as its our business. Now the new Owner comes and ask us to vacate even the G floor. Can i stay for longer

there is no other option then to speak to the new owner for extension, as per your lease agreement you will be given a time to vacate as per your agreement further extension depends on the new owners of the property you have to abide by their decision.
