Landlord making deductions from Security deposit what should i do

Dear Sir, As we started the agreement on 1st April 2016 for 11 Months, Security deposit given 1,00,000/-, Rent was 6000, On time we are paying the rent. Landlord is created problems guest should not come and lot of rules, We informed as per agreement we will vacate the house. But we reached this home on 15th March 2016, Landlord told me before 15 days you vacate. On Jan 31st 2017, Some how conversation was going on with problems, Landlord informed me whenever you are vacating the house immediately we will settle the amount. So, Finally we decided to vacate the house on 15th Dec 2016, While we informing Landlord told me if u r staying till 14 or 15, I will should pay full month rent, We informed we will vacate on 4th Dec 2016, But for this also they told me should pay full month rent, After long conversation and arugments he transferred only 43300, Eletricity bill 500 and water bill 200 they deducted, Finally we vacated on 31st November 2016, Please advice us.
