Landlord giving one month notice to evict flat agreement not expired
25-Dec-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I am a tenant having valid notarised licensed agreement expiring on Sep 2018. The flat owner suddenly wants me to evacuate within 1month since he has accepted token money to sell the flat. Can my family be evicted just like that with 1 month notice before expiry of rental aagreement
after gone through your Agreement Advocate can answer your question. without Agreement no advocate can give u correct opinion. kindly share your Agreement or you may go through your agreement terms and conditions
hello,
This all depends on the terms and conditions of your leave and licensed agreement. Generally, there is a condition in such type of agreement that if any party does not want to continue with the agreement, can give 1 month notice to other party of his/her intention to do so, so that other party will have time to find out alternate premises. So, first go through your agreement and find out whether there is such type of condition mentioned or not. If it is there, it is better for you to find out alternate premises immediately.

Sir/ Madam,
Please note that the landlord can not evict you from the flat without due process of law. if he /she does so then you have to file suit for injunction against the land lord in the civil court and your possession over the flat will be protected by the civil court
