Landlord deducting two months rent from the deposit for no reason.

The flat is in exact same condition. We have a rent agreement also and we informed formally for leaving the flat one month ago to the owner.

You can approach the court or else file a police complaint against the landlord for cheating and various other cases. First we have to see what all is stated in the agreement between you and the landlord and step by step actions can be taken.
