Hi, I am a landlord of a chawl in Mumbai. As our tenants have not paid the rent for 5 years, a builder has contacted me to rebuild the Chawl into a residential building. What are my rights? What are the chawl-tenants rights in this matter? Sincerely yours, Chawl-owner
