Is notarized rent agreement a valid proof in the court of law

How can i vacant my flat given on rent with notarized agreement ( Not Registered ) ? how can i put petition in session court on the basis of notarized agreement? notarized agreement is a valid proof in court ?

This is my response to you:
1. If the rent agreement is more than 11 months then it should be registered as per Transfer of Property Act;
2. If less than 11 months then notarized one is acceptable;
3. Nonetheless notrarized agreement is still admissible in court;
4. Consult a local lawyer for informed legal opinion.
