Can you please tell what is the law for land owner to stop open beer wine shop in our residential society
it is not legally permitted to open a liquor/ alcohol shop in residential areas/ societies. You can file a complaint with the Police in writing asking them to take serious action against the persons doing illegal acts and also take necessary steps in accordance with law. if the police does not take any action then you may write to the DCP of your area as well.
