Howto claim the ownership of rented place from past thirty years

We are living in rented house for last 30 years even the landlord did not claim the rent of the house for last 20 years and we also don't knew the owner of the house can we claim the ownership of house

No u cannot claim the ownership of the house. Coz u not r establish ur title.iff u think regarding adverse possession then bro this is the plea taken by defendant.if anyone filed a case against u then u claim adverse possession.and u send the rent through moneyorder by post office to landlord..

No, you can not become owner of the said house in any manner, because there is clear law of supreme court that, once tenant is always tenant and he can not become owner on the basis of adverse possession.
